Shipping

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, excluding Indonesian Federal Holidays. Orders received after 9:30 a.m (GMT+8) will not ship until the following business day.  Orders received after 9:30 a.m. (GMT+8) on Friday will not ship until the next business day (Monday).  There are no weekend shipments.  If the next business day is a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Next Day/Second Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 9:30 A.M. (GMT+8) to start processing on the same day. Processing time can take up to 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

We strive to pack and send all orders within one business day of your order. We deliver using EMS International.

We have tried to make the website as accurate as possible in calculating the postage, however if there is a some difference between the estimated and actual postage cost, we will get in touch with you to arrange additional payment. Please allow 5–21* business days (depending on location) for delivery to your destination.

Please note, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail.
