Coffee Hush beans are roasted in smaller batches 48 hours before shipping to get you the freshest cup possible. Our coffee is roasted in a traditional facilities that uses hyper-efficient thermal transfer which retains higher levels of favorable flavor and aroma. Local veteran roasters bring the experience necessary for an awesome cup of coffee.

In general, coffee grown at higher altitudes mature slower which makes it denser and better tasting. Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, excluding Indonesian Federal Holidays. Orders received after 9:30 a.m (GMT+8) will not ship until the following business day. Orders received after 9:30 a.m. (GMT+8) on Friday will not ship until the next business day (Monday). There are no weekend shipments. If the next business day is a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Some coffees are just so good that you shouldn’t mess it up by adding creamers/flavors….this is one of them. I usually drink it as is freshly brewed but occasionally add a tad of sugar if having a sweet tooth. Coffees and teas doesn’t do much to me (I drink coffee all day and nite without it affecting naps or bedtime) but I can feel a little extra energy when drinking this one

A nicely balanced, coffee! I might say it’s a light-to-medium roast. This has been wife’s and my go-to work-week coffee. If you enjoy an easy drinking coffee that pairs well with most add in’s this coffee is for you. If you enjoy a cup of coffee straight black this coffee is you for. Has a nice mix of slightly fruity and a dark roast flavor, which is exactly what I was after with a medium-dark roast. Doesn’t have that beany flavor like a Colombian, which I don’t really like so this is very good imo. The beans look nice. Didn’t find any small, broken, off roasted or otherwise bad looking beans when I ground some this morning which shows care in roasting. You can pay a lot more for coffee this good. Definitely recommend.

I ordered this for the second time. The flavor is so robust and fresh. It reminds me of when I was a little girl sneaking my mom’s coffee that she perked in the little tin coffee pot on top of the stove. Love it. This coffee is the right amount of roast for us. One of our sons and his wife went to grad school in Portland, Oregon, and are very picky about their coffee-they have an expensive espresso machine and have coffee beans sent to them from Portland. These beans were very fresh, they taste like they were roasted only the day before I received them. I’ve never had beans this fresh locally and will be a repeat purchaser. The coffee really is good to the last drop so you never have to throw out the last of it and make another pot later to get that fresh taste back. I roast my own coffee with a Behmor 1600+, so I don’t generally buy pre-roasted coffee anymore. I decided to take a chance on this to have some “emergency” coffee for when I was unable to keep my home roasting schedule up to date. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this is. The lighter (medium) roast is key. Most store bought coffee is roasted to the point of the beans turning to carbon, causing EXTREME bitterness. This coffee is pretty darn good.

Whoa boy, was I surprised by these coffee beans! Good basic cup of coffee. Better than a well known big box brand. Complex, rich flavor, not bitter, fresh! I’ve had this bag in my dry goods, pandemic pantry just waiting to pulled out and used. Time finally came. Had I known how good this coffee was, would’ve pulled it sooner and left the other international brand I purchased also online. I used a coffee press making an intense cup of coffee, water just before a boil, 4 minutes brew time. Very interested in how Coffee Hush Arabica Medium Roast will do in cold brew. I have a feeling it will do very well considering how well it did during hot process, a bit caramel flavor. Not very acidic.

These beans are excellent for making coffee infusions. I recently tried an experiment with a jar of these coffee beans soaking them in gentleman jack for 72 hours, slowdrying the beans, then grinding them up and brewing a pot of coffee, it tasted better than any other whiskey infused coffee I have had before. If you like whiskey in your coffee, highly recommend using these beans and making your own infused coffee.

This coffee is just what I wanted for years since I moved to the Canada! It reminds me of my country and specifically southern Sumatra, where we drink rich tasty coffee that almost looks and feels like hot chocolate! I found the perfect grind at just second try with my Eureka Mignon! (and the first try was already pretty close!).

For those of you who only order ground coffee, my advice is don’t!!!!! Invest in a grinder. The flavor of coffee is at is peak the moment the bean is ground. But, within hours of being ground, it could lose 30% of its best flavor. When you pop that bag of ground coffee open and smell that great aroma, that is the flavor escaping! Once the air hits it, ground coffee will deteriorate very quickly, losing nearly all of its best qualities in as little as a week. Whole bean, on the other hand can be (properly) stored for several months with no loss of flavor.
I order whole bean only. If you want to experience the best a coffee has to offer, it is the only way to go. What I received was an incredibly fresh bag of coffee! But, I hesitate to say this was a medium roast. The beans were slightly darker and more oily than what I believe a medium roast should be. I’m not complaining or saying this was a bad thing. It just doesn’t look like a medium roast! And, the brew confirmed my suspensions It did have a slightly stronger flavor than what I am used to, but the cup was very, very smooth with a low acidic taste. As a matter of fact, I just finished a cup I poured earlier, and forgot about. So, it got cold. Being cold, I could really taste a nice, nutty flavor, with a slightly sweet finish.
I like the flavor of this coffee. Overall, it was quite delicious. I would continue to order it again if the consistency of the roast remained the same.

These beans ARE GOOD. They are REALLY GOOOOOD. They brew really easily. Extraction is fast, and they can even withstand some higher water temps. The coffee hasn’t been cloudy ever, just brilliantly translucent. The taste is bold but balanced. Surprisingly good flavor. Trust me, this is good coffee. I look forward to brewing it every morning, and I can drink the whole chemex in a day.
